The training course, developed and delivered by ISPRA as part of our project, aims to disseminate and promote shared knowledge for the proper management and conservation of Mediterranean trout populations and habitats, taking the Guidelines developed within the LIFE STREAMS project as a reference.
The course, delivered in asynchronous e-learning mode, is free and aimed primarily at employees, associates, administrators, and officials of the Regions, Basin Authorities, Park Authorities, Regional Environmental Protection Agencies (ARPA), and Land Reclamation Consortia, with managerial and technical responsibilities, as well as representatives of voluntary fisheries and environmental associations.
Three training modules:
– The LIFE STREAMS Project and Mediterranean trout conservation
– The Guidelines: conservation objectives and conservation measures for the species and its habitat
– Description of the measures envisaged by the Guidelines, with examples of good practices implemented by some Parks
