On Saturday 28 May at the Maiella National Park the training day on the field was held for fishermen who have joined our project this year.
In the coming months they will join the group of volunteers who have already been involved in selective fishing since 2021.
This activity aims to reduce the presence of allochthonous trout: the fishermen, in fact, will be able to give their contribution by helping the technical staff of the Park in fishing, first visual selection and sampling of organic material to be sent to the laboratory for genetic analysis.
