Yesterday at the PNFC, samples were taken in the Camaldoli basin, at the famous Hermitage of the Camaldolese monks, within one of the Natural Reserves of the State.
Together with the project technicians there were also volunteers from the Casentinesi Fishermen’s Association – ZRS Capodarno, as well as other young volunteers. In fact, yesterday an important collaboration began with LIFE360ESC, a project that deals with recruiting and training volunteers to be assigned to the monitoring of Italian Natura 2000 sites. The LIFE 360ESC students will also be involved in the sampling activities in upcoming releases.
