After the early summer catches and the insertion of a microchip in each individual for its recognition, it is time to go and retrieve those that, thanks to the genetic analyzes carried out previously, were found to be suitable for reproduction.
Between the end of this year and the beginning of the next, the squeezing will begin, which will lead to having thousands of young trout for sowing in 2022.
