Yesterday 800 trouts between 35 and 55 mm in size were sown in the Casentinesi Forest Park. This effort was possible thanks to the precious collaboration of the volunteers of the fishermen’s associations of the Park area and of the boys of the Universal Civil Service.
The sowing of the trout represents a significant step in the protection of the aquatic biodiversity of the Casentinesi Forest Park. Thanks also to the commitment and passion of the volunteers, these fish will have the opportunity to thrive and contribute to the ecological balance of the rivers.
The enthusiasm of the volunteers demonstrates how important it is to involve the community in the protection of local ecosystems.
