The #STREAMS hatchery for the breeding of Mediterranean trout was inaugurated this morning at the “D. Botanical Garden”. Brescia” in the municipality of Sant’Eufemia a Maiella.
It is a completely wooden structure, built dry, raised from the ground and with no environmental impact.
The covering, made up of 3,000 hand-shaped wooden elements, recalls the scales of Mediterranean trout.
