With the Rio di Colla the preliminary samplings foreseen by our project for the Montemarcello-Magra-Vara Park end. In addition to Cesbin, who followed all the previous investigations, on this occasion the help provided by Walter Filattiera’s Rafting Liguria was indispensable.
In fact, the Rio di Colla – a right tributary of the Vara river which in this period cannot be forded even on foot – is currently accessible only by water.
