Exactly 45 days after their fertilization, the first Mediterranean trout eggs are hatched at the hatchery of the Experimental Ichthyogenic and Hydrobiology Center of the Abruzzo Region.
In these first days their growth will be guaranteed by the nutrients contained in the yolk sac which will be gradually reabsorbed.
