This year, thanks to the optimal conditions of the plant and the favorable temperatures, at the Premilcuore Fish Farming Center, in the Casentinesi Forests National Park, the pressing and fertilization activities began earlier than last season.
It started on Christmas Eve with five mature female Mediterranean trout that produced about 7,500 eggs.
The operations will continue in the coming weeks and, given the promising initial results, we are confident of carrying them forward successfully.
