Thanks to the project technicians, the volunteers and the help of the fishermen, the sowing activities of Mediterranean trout began on Saturday 11 June 2022 in the National Park of the Casentinesi Forests, Monte Falterona and Campinga.
The first release has meant that as many as 1,200 small native trout are now swimming in the Campo alla Sega stream, one of the sites in the National Park that last fall was affected by eradication activities.
