According to action C4, which provides for the improvement of river habitats through the removal of barriers which fragment their path effectively blocking the passage to fish, last week on the Rosa, Occido and Abatemarco rivers, in the Pollino National Park, we investigated the genetic quality of some populations present under some weirs to understand if they can be removed for the restoration of river continuity.
